Where do you provide services?

Concierge Speech is all about convenience! We come to you and provide speech therapy services in the comfort of your own home. We cover the Birmingham Metro area. If you have questions about coverage in your area, please reach out directly.

Do you only see children?

No. Concierge Speech is dedicated to seeing both children and adults that may have speech, language, or swallowing impairments. We offer a wide variety of services and see individuals from 20 months to 100 years old!

How do I make an appointment?

Do you accept insurance?

Concierge Speech Birmingham is primarily a private pay practice, which allows us to offer personalized, high-quality therapy without the limitations often imposed by insurance. We do accept Medicare for eligible clients. For all other clients, payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we are happy to provide superbills for those seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

If needed, we encourage you to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. You may be charged a small fee for same day cancellations. You will be charged a fee if we have a scheduled, confirmed appointment and you are not at the home when we arrive.
